About Me

I live in a little town called Springboro, Ohio. When I meet new people and they ask where I'm from I'm like wellll I'm not going to tell them Springboro because they won't know what that is... and I could tell them Dayton, but they won't know where that is either. So I'll tell them Cincinnati because they can probably put that on a map ! So I'm like just North of Cincinnati and they're like Joe Burrow ! And I'm like Yeah Buddy and so that's a nice conversation starter. But then they're like isn't that near Wright Patterson Air Force Base - I have a friend stationed there. And then in my head I'm like well I guess I could've said Dayton after all (J-F-C) since WPAFB is Dayton... so then I end up saying yes actually I live exactly between Dayton & Cincinnati. So I live between Joe Burrow & WPAFB. And I live close to a Dorothy Lane Market. So if you happen to be "coming through" - go to one of those and get a Killer Brownie. You're welcome. 

 

So in "The 'Boro" Everyone knows EVERYONE and somehow we all go to the same places, everyday. And they aren't even that great, it's just they are there and we are sheep and we are bored because Covid was like work from home, so we just start drinking early and making questionable life decisions. I will, however, say that for whatever reason this region of the country has THE BEST steakhouses. Why ? I don't know. I'll Google it - as Google has never done me wrong (Please calm down, my Google Search history has already been willed to Robin & Nathan Brown). But from the Jeff Ruby restaurants, to the Pine Club, to my ultimate favorite, the Paragon.. there's nothing better. I'll go wherever you tell me to go elsewhere but I will bet you money on Paragon. I'll show you Upper Waffle if you win but I'm not even worried about it because the way Paragon chars, it can't be beat.
